Pierre de Langle, a bishop at the nexus of the international Jansenist network, was vocal in his opposition to the 1713 Unigenitus papal bull, which condemned 101 propositions from Pasquier Quesnel’s Réflexions morales. These letters (written from 1711-1724) reveal the evolving thinking of the Jansenist prelates.
