This volume of the Complete Works of Charles-Ferdinand Ramuz includes the novels written between 1917 and 1921, notably Le Règne de l’esprit malin, La Guérison des maladies, Les Signes parmi nous and “Travail dans les gravières”. The CD-ROM, which accompanies this volume, also includes a reproduction of the manuscript “Travail dans les gravières” with its transcription and five versions of Règne de l’esprit malin (1914, 1917, 1922, 1937, 1941), three versions of La Guérison des maladies (1917, 1924, 1941) and three versions of Les Signes parmi nous (1919, 1931, 1941).
